The local point that mattered in our case was delivery and parking access. It changed one detail, but not the overall look. The drawings dealt with those details one by one. They did not promise that the first sketch was perfect. The second version was much better because it reflected how we actually use the room.”

Because the room is in Estepona, we asked specifically about finished stone floors; it was covered in the proposed sequence. The measured proposal finally made the room feel straightforward. We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”
